I installed my JRSC, and just put the boost gauge on today its only hitting 4. My question is the metal gasket on the intake do you still use this, i did . Might this be the problem???

I dont see anything in the instructions about replacing it but I would replace it, it needs to hold pressure <obviously>.

Jackson racing has one from Hondata for $60 thats supposed to stop heat transfer to the intake manifold <or the JRSC in your case>.

No i dont have JRSC :-P... see you at NED tomorrow?

I never re-use any gaskets when breaking down and rebuilding, especially if whatever it is needs to hold pressure.

jackson should have sent a replacement one. mine came with a new paper material one, not metal. also check your boost connections at the power card the gauge and the charger. maybe you have a leak so its only reading 4psi. if ya have someone with another boost gauge hook that up and see maybe you got a bad gauge. mine hits 6 psi with ease :)
