04 drop pics ?

my 04 only has about 2 1/4 in of wheelwell space and i didnt find anyone with an 04 that posted up a pic with their drop. im new to the si cause i got rid of my 01 ex and have now become a member here after 7thgencivic for three years......im in the market for springs/coilovers (if i can find a set of coilovers that i dont have to hack into my car) but im not sure which ones to purchase, i know h and r and progress are quality but thats also a 2in drop which would leave me with no space.....can somone post up a pic of an 04 with any kind of drop cause i wanna do it right and do it once. thanks in adavance

sounds like you want the eibach prokit or sportline (1" and 1.5" respectively)

yeah, but it looks a little off without a lip on the front cause it is lower on the sides than the front. I don't mind the back end, but I can't wait to get a lip on the front.

thanks for the pics....no one else has there 04 lowered ?.....i dont know if a 2in drop will be to much, a lot of guys have the progress springs but that will create no wheelwell gap on my car and thats a little to low for me.....might have to go with neuspeed sport/tein/eibach, i dont know ?? any feedback?

I just got my 04 si lowered 2 inches with skunk2 springs and there is a very small gap between the wheel well and tire. Doesn't seem to be to low and look's great. I highly recommend these sprigs. I purchased mine on ebay for $150 shipped. I'll try to get you some pics, and hit my back when u decide what u want.

HEY MAN!!! I'm fron 7thgencivic.com as well!!! I JUST traded in my 02 EX for the 04 EP !!!! HAHA...small world, lol.

Take a pic of yer car, from the side, or at an angle....and I can do a photochop of it, and SHOW you how it'll look.

I'll have mine lowered in a week or so...with Progress springs...

I'll let you know how it is, and post some pics,...but for now, this is how it looks.
