You do need to relocate fusebox.
No big deal.

be careful when removing your fuse box. alot of people have damaged it when relocating the box.

u actually dont need to cut the hole where the CAI bends down into the fenderwell. You can just bend back the metal and the CAI wont rub up against it. It also eliminates grinding down the sharp edge created when you cut the metal away.

www.k-series.com has a decent write-up on it. If you need anymore help, just ask, I can take pics of my injen setup to help you out.

it would be wise to buy some rubber tubing and line the part where the fenderwell is going to touch the tubing.

loosen driver side front wheel, jack up, set on jackstands, remove wheel, take off dozen or so clips holding fenderwell, peel/pull back plastic fenderwell, exposes the hole in which the CAI goes down into and where the cone will sit. This is also where you can bend/cut back the metal to make the CAI fit.

But the filters a real biatch to put in even with peeling back the inner fender. I juts cleaned mine and it aint easy to squeeze out and push in the filter back in place.

Make sure you cut away enough material, try to use tin snips or some kind of metal shears. If you use a grinder the metallic particles that are thrown off will embedd themselves in the battery tray/engine compartment paint and rust over time.

LOL, that makes two of us and moved :) Also I installed two Injen CAI, and both I did no cutting. Just some wiggling to get them in, second one went in much easier :D
