the little bulb that lights up in the headlight as the parking bulb...what size is it. the sylvania chart says 1157A, but i looked and its way too big. im trying to get all my bulbs in the front to hyperwhite. thanks in advance.

I've been looking too!! Why did they put one n one anyway??? Hmm is it illegal to change the color from white??

im not sure....it will only be a brighter white, so i dont think so, but i really want to know the size !!!

I forget the size but its the same exact one on the 02-03 models. Im looking at the bulb itself right now..the numbers displayed say OS 12V WY5W E1 2GVw1C thats for the amber colored one. I forgot the actual bulb type. I think its P170A man Im reading all kinds of shit on here...Im probably confusing more than helping....lol

it should be just the normal 198/164 bulb.

the same exact one on the side markers....the 198/164 number sounds famaliar. Take out the bulb and go to autozone or some auto store and look for it. But the 198/164 sounds right.

I've bought 2 sets already...and swapped the parking bulbs with the sidemarker bulbs numerous times.

Yo if your looking to change the bulb in your parking light you might want to consider PIAA wedge bulb. part# 168

They come out a bright white not that dull yellow like the standard. I got the super plasma, they got an HID look to it. Cost about $20 dollars US. Looking to use some just above my licence plate. They look great. Yo hit up the site.

When I changed my sidemarkers to jdm units, I took the amber bulbs and put those in the parking light spot and the parking light clear bulbs in the sidemarker spot. ;)
