Grinding gears

I cant quite remember when it started but my 1-2 shift grinds and so does my 2-3 shift if the rpms are over 4k. I took it to the dealer and they said on the paper work "Couldnt replicate complaint" What kind of bullshit is that? All he had to do is take it over 4 and I even told them that. So now I get to drive around grinding the gears. Although, I sounds like a bov...good for scaring little cars but attracts the biggens (vets, camaros, evo's) I want a turbo or s/c :crym:

God yes, I went to those bastards! The sales man was a good guy (big black guy alan. He'll do you good) They said they couldnt replicate it and when i offered to take one for a ride and let me drive it to show them they started ratling on about "Its against comapny policy for that" :confused: Yet, they dont want to fix my car.
