Mugen lip + CAI question

i have a question. lets say that i havethe jdm bumper with the mugen lip would it be a good idea to get a cold air intake? i know that i would have to cut a hole in to my bumper and that hole is where my intake is gonna be.. so in rainy days i would hydrolock correct? sorry for the weird question just something i was thinking about and wanted some input

you cant hydro lock unless the clutch is engaged with throttle being pressed on along with the filter being emerged in wate.r youll be fine.

You'll be absolutely fine. Your filter would have to be fully submerged under water with your foot on the throttle for your car to take a drink. You'd practically have to drive through a pond to kill your motor.
