the one on the top kinda looks like its a little taller on the ends of the beams comapring it from top to bottom but it's barley noticable

The top beam appears to be producing whiter light. It is very hard comparing images like this, because they produce an illusion most of the time.

I said the one on the bottom. It looks like the lights have a larger range (NOT by much!!). But its definitely very difficult to tell a brightness diff. The top one definitely looks WHiter.

just look at the winshield wiper....on the top one you can see the gap because the light is brighter and on the bottom one theres not much of a gap...just my conspiracy theory...lol

The top picture is brighter. Was the camera set for the same exposure in both pics?

What are we comparing here, anyway?

i have no idea if the pics are in the same exposure. i might be or might not, dunno. got the pic off the net.

what are you guys comparing? well, just the brightness between the two. thinking of getting suvlights.com wire harness to get my headlights brighter.

I'd say that to take the best advantage of that harness you should get higher-wattage bulbs. Since they wouldn't go through the stock harness, you should be able to run 100W bulbs without fear of damaging the stock wiring in any way.
