Just out of curiousity..... do you notice an occasional grind going from 1-2nd if you are rev'ing hard (6k+ RPM) and throw it in?? My occasionally does and it only seemed to start when I installed the short shifter. Thanks

Moved to engine, and I friend broke that clip. His SS is incomplete, but seems to still work.

Any pics?

I frickin dropped one of the two clips when I installed mine, too. But I COULDNT find it. But, it seemed to work anyway without popping off. That was about a year ago, and I've had no problems. Anyone know what would happen if I were driving in gear and the nob popped out? Would it just not be in gear anymore? Cause if it popped out, I don't think it would actually go to neutral, but it wouldn't be going into a gear, either....lol. anyone know?
