I think they're all butt ugly. Still wouldn't mind stealing what's under the hood though!

Themi6group: Hey, thanks for the pics. I assume you're a fan of road racing. Personnally, I can't get enough of it. This stuff -- i.e., building products that can endure 24-hours of competition -- is what makes Honda's reputation overseas (and thus generates sales in Europe). It also significantly speeds the development of (some) the cars we get to own. I'm delighted to see Type Rs running on the 'Ring.

Thanks again for the pics.

(P.S. I don't know whether you watched any of the race, but what struck me whating it on TV is how narrow the track appears compared to newer circuits.)

thanks man. the sites listed on the pics and these are recent pics of the currently on going race. that track is ancient and one of the best. it's astonishing how the ep3 is gonna be honda's savior in road racing venues. what trips me out is how people try to dis the si but they don't realize how this car is used world wide. i don't remember seeing any rsx's in the btcc, or vln races. it's the ep3 http://www.ephatch.com/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif

I was just watching some EP Type R's in a race on the Speed Channel. I'm not sure what the race was called but they had MG's and Vauxhall Astra's in there as well. It was kinda cool seing a heavily modded EP out there doing battle!

that's the btcc (british touring car championship). those were the first races of the season that started in mar. the championship just ended in sep. there are two classes the ep's were in, the touring class and production class.

OK Cool! Now I remember the two Type R's towards the front that had some sweet bodywork and this weird wing that was attached to the hatch below the window!! They also had an amazing paintjob (unless they were using vinyl graphics) and then in the back were some regular type R's with minor mods that looked pretty stock. The video quality wasn't the best but they sure looked sweet out there;)
