Well, my dads 350z got smashed in an accident, some lady ran a red light, so I went to the shop where it's being stored and ripped out the lighting system... Needless to say my plans were to modify them to work in my Si. Here is the result:

Much Much props. I was going to do something similar but with s2000 projectors in the 04 headlamps. Good Job bro! Aligning projectors is alot harder than reflectors isnt it...hehe :)

I fixed the pictures I think.

Just so you know, lining everything up was a freakin bitch. I was up till like 3:30 last night getting everything finished, I've been working on this project since Wednesday night, hehe.

It took alot of blood, sweat, tears, and elbow grease. But the result is amazing, I can see so much more now with the HID's, and the projectors look friggin sick in a black reflector.

I tried to hook the ballasts up directly to my low beam wire, but that didn't work, the headlight would flicker rapidly. So I installed a relay to draw power directly from the battery when I turn on the headlights, now they work perfect. To mount the projectors I rounded out the big hole in the back of the reflector piece and drilled 2 holes in the sides, one for the peg and one for the screw on the projector, they sit very very tight with no wobbling.

I probably tore my headlights apart about 3 times, the first time I thought I was finished, I hadn't painted the reflector black, but I had massive glare coming off the beam pattern way above the cut-off line, so I had to go in and paint the back all black to eliminate this problem, now I have a smooth cut-off line and the result is wonderful.

If anyone decides to undertake a project like this, just have patience :)

Beautiful! 350's have such tiny projectors, that looks like a perfect fit!
