Want a different L   K?Inthe rear center backrest are two holes. If u feel around the top you'll find them.Get a headrest & 2 post inserts from the dealer. The 2 inserts will fit into 2 holes u found earlier. You'll have to cut a small hole (little smaller than the insert)into the fabric to put in the inserts.Pop in the head rest and now your center passenger will have a headrest.Just tell them it's a rear option.

and while you're at it, take down the rear view mirror on your windshield, because it is now useless. :)

AT least you'll have a headrest for the center passenger when needed. You can always leave the 2 right headrest in the back.

The USDM EP3 have 3.The UKDM have 2,but I've seen a few of you blocs install the third 1(like in the Golf's & GTI's)in the CTR's..One of the CTR Dad's wanted to install belts & headrest for his 14 year old littlt girl.I offered 2 source the belts for him(he had 3 kids). The belt mounting holes are there.

I noticed my buddy had 3 headrests in his 20th annivrsary GTI. aat first I thought it looked pretty tight, but then I realized how much mine block my view. So I took 'em out, but I didn't like everyone at my work asking me, "What are these?" (talking about my post inserts) I didn't like looking at 'em either, so I put 'em back. Its funny... everyone at my work jocks the ride.

My buddy likes his three headrests though, so if you like to be different, or your ep isn't a daily driver... go for it !!!

BUMP for a good tip though !!!

it's a different look but I already took out the other two cause I thought they looked stupid besides the fact that I never have any passengers in the back seats anyway. Anyone come up with any good uses for the existing headrest mount holes??
