not sure if the centercaps will fit, but i saw pics on hondatech of some guy who had bronze centercaps that said mugen on his c8s. it didn't look bad at all. :)

My only gripe about not puting Mugen caps on Rotas is the fact that a set of 4 tiny pieces of aluminum cost as much as 1 Rota wheel :'(

I was hoping that by now SOMEONE would have come out w/ a set, just for the simple fact that they would look much cleaner than the Rota caps...

not sure if these will fit either, but these are the centercaps for the type x rota copy (auto x)

I can't believe people actually still think its cool to do that, might as well throw type-r badges on everything you own too  Just flat black the rota centercaps and be done.

What's wrong with the center caps? It's not like they say Mugen on them

well, if you want to sport the center cap, just spray it flat-black, IMO it'll look the same except the little nipple thingy ;)

the reason why (for all you haters) is that i would rather put $2200 toward a turbo kit than some rims and only hardcore people would know.
I you like spending 2200 bucks on rims or 500 buck thats look and weight the same your a moron i was just asking.

i have no problems w/ rotas or any knock off wheels. i rock them (rotas) on my ek, but it stupid to front like you have the real deals. On my ep, i have knock off ssr's...but i don't have ssr stickers trying to pass them off as ssr's.

So, any word on whether these Auto-X "Impact" caps would fit? I'm still looking for replacement caps (my C8s' front caps deformed from heat caused by a couple hours of autocross driving, and they won't snap in anymore), and Cosmic wants twenty bucks for two regular dome-style caps.

BTW -- the carbon-style caps don't fit my Circuit 8's. At all. I'd prefer to get something that will either be easy to remove (yanking the wheels off just to take off the caps is kinda silly) or will not succumb to heat deformation.

I also am a big fan of rotas, I'm on my second set on my civic coupe. Although they really aren't a knockoff of any wheels that most people know about(manaray s02's).

I agree about the price sometimes not being worth it for more expensive wheels. But you do have to remember there is a reason in most cases why the pricetag is higher, forged construction(stronger), slightly lighter, and I don't think rota offers anything in 15x7, only 15x6.5.
If i'll ever be in the market for a 15" wheel it'll be 15x7 so for that reason alone it will not be a rota.

If you dont want to spend 2200 bucks on wheels don't front like you did because those "hardcore" people will make you look and feel like the moron. Well-trained eyes can see beyond the label.

lol "hardcore" is right! :D

and albino, the rotas that are 5x114.3 should be able to fit 5x114.3

Do rotas fit 5-114.3? Thnx.

Which models?

The ones I found right away that fit 5-114.3 are Circuit 10's (what I'd get if I did a 5-lug swap), Slips and Subzeros. There are others, too.

The Slipstreams come in 15x7 and also have a bore size of 57.1mm, which means you don't have to worry about buying hubcentric rings :)
