if i was to get the k20a swap, with its 11.5:1 highhhh compression ratio, what can i use and add to reduce compression dramatically for the combining use of it with turbo?

btw isnt turbo not emissions legal? Im pretty sure its illegal but just need some quick clarification.

Edit* woops i think i put this in the wrong section.

to reduce the compression u could swap out the piston or get a thicker head gasket(both of these will bring teh hp down).

Turbo- some smog place won't even smog ur car w/ turbo, but greddy stated that their turbo 50state legal.
