Let's say that I don't like the silver pinstripes on my black Si.

How do I get them off? Peel them? If there's residue, what's the best way to clean it off?

So far, I've left them on, mainly because I don't know how much I'd mess things up if I tried to pull them off.

Yes...just peal them off, and to get rid of some of the sticky crap that will be left....use either Goo Gone, or Meguiars scratch X!! They both will take all of the sticky shit off

Also, make sure that you clean the area and apply some wax to it afterwards, JIC.

This is honestly one of the more unflattering pics of my car, but it shows the pinstripes the best.

They're not on there anymore, though. I peeled them off (thank goodness they were just stickers), Goo Gone-ed the residue, then washed & waxed the whole thing. Now it looks much better -- the way Honda intended in the first place.

Now I'm thinking of ways to remount the license plate under the bumper lip (I've read the other thread, and am considering just that... and this pic was before I got plates). Parking is tight in this town!
