does anyone know were i can powder coat wheels or just the lip of whels?

Not sure about IL, but here in socal, almost any place requires that you remove the wheels first. then expect a couple days coating. just do a google business search. quite a few places came up for your area ;)

Yea just google it. I would rattle can it it is cheaper and you can change the color when you want.:mwink:
