Is the bolt itself stripped? I'm trying to picture exactly what you're referencing.

For what it's worth, it'd be cheaper to replace with aftermarket pieces (assuming you'd buy brand new from Honda).

from what ive seen its not..theres the rubber bushing that keeps on spinning every time i try and tighten the bolt but when i try to get a grip of the bushing i cant and so it just keeps on spinning

its like that on some tie rod ends too. you would need an air tool to get it on.

From what I remember when I changed my sway bar, you need to use an allen wrench on one end of the bolt, or screw, while tightening the other end. Other wise it'll just keep turning without tightening. Hope this helps. Pics would help also?

from when i had to get a tie rod on in lab, the air tool spun fast enough to get the bolt on.
