D3 XX and V brace

Here is a pic showing the D3 Designs "XX" brace for the front and the "V" brace for the rear.

I already had a XX brace installed, but due to some rather poor road conditions, the old one needed to be replaced

Notice the tubes are no longer straight....

And the front ends were just ripped open, these pics are taken after cleaning all the compacted pavement out of the ends and opening them enough to fit a socket.

Yes it did,,,

The highway dept decided a 12' long section of missing pavement required no warnings, a good three inch drop at 40mph. Luckily the car bounced a bit and didnt hit the lip on the far edge of the missing pavement.....that would have ripped the suspension right out from under the car....:meek:

Oh, I repainted the subframe and LCA's when I installed the new XX brace, northern winter driving, for the loss!

^ its down and you may be sol, they stopped making them a while ago, but we just did a group buy on them (i think its closed though so you may be sol)

The more who buy the cheaper it gets! This could be the last time anyone can purchase a D3 XX brace so get it while the gettins good.
