Go to Auto-Zone and purchase a set of sparkplug defoulers. They should have a m18 1.5 threads.

You now take one of those and drill it completely thru(or grind the closed bottom off). Now after applying anti-sieze to the threads assemble the sim in this order...O2 sensor goes into the drilled out defouler, that gets threaded into the unmolested defouler, and that whole mess gets threaded into the rear o2 sensor bung.

What this does is isolate the secondary o2 sensor from direct contact with the exhaust gasses, thusly fooling the ECU into thinking there is a working cat installed. The secondary o2 sensor only measures the temp drop after the cat.

Tons of people have used this to fool the ECU. I haven't ever heard any complaints.

Also if you have a problem with clearance (the o2 sensor is hitting on the heat sheild/ bottom of car, you can always shell out $30 and get a mechanical O2 sim from ebay with a 90degree bend in it. It gets my thumbs up aproval.
