header wont go on help please!

umm eveyone... im sorta in a mess
my car is in my garage... my stock headers are off
and i have my HP HEADERS here
BUT they wont go on to my engine becuz of the top 2 screws
i can only get 1 side in fully and the other side n a bit
or i can get both sides in half way.... then it jus gets stuck

im really n a bind becuz number one i ll get in sh|t from my parents if i cant get this workin
and two i ll get in shit from my gf becuz i have to be some where with her n my car tomorrow at 6 pm...
so if n e one could give me some tips or n e thing i ll be eternally greatful

not sure what your problem is, but did you tighten the bottom bolts down completely? If so, then back them out about half way and work the header into place. Then work in a circular pattern to tighten the bolts down(snug) working from the inside out. Then go over them again and tighten them down to 32ft-lbs(i think). Hope it helps and good luck.

I think I remember someone having to use a dremel to open up one of holes a little more. Was that on this header or something else?
