mod effect on inspection?

I know no one is thinking about this right now, but how will some of our mods affect us when it comes time to inspect our cars. In particular, I am concerned about emissions results after I/H/E setup, any thoughts?

If you leave your cat in then don't worry about the rest. Your
emissions are being taken care of in the cat. My dealer knows
about every mod I have made, and helps out as well.
They have intakes, wheels and aftermarket accesories at my dealer, in the service dept.
They have recommended body kits to me as well.
Had to laugh at the huge ass aquarium in the waiting area.
It's about bloody time Honda looked after their own.

i dont trust dealers
they got all that stuff at my dealer too but i never even take my car for serivce there
always tryin some scam to void warrenty or something those guyz
