Made a new one old one is gone.

Doing it once again, using the same company and hopefully I can get a Vendor/'s to sponsor, to get a lower cost so more Ep owners can get one.

Rules -

1) I will be setting up the voting again. January is the Only month that is taken.

2)Photos must be larger than 640x480(example below). Not gonna deal with Myspace links. If you don't have anywhere to host the Photos email me them with your EPhatch Screen name and image to STP03BlueSi@gmail.com

3)Only post 3 photos.

4)Please dont Post months you want. I would like to keep it like i had it last year.

5)If submitted Vertical shots they will be turned sideways.(just lettin you all know)

6)When the time comes and if your ride is one of the Final 3(3 ep3's for each month) I will be Emailing you asking for the ORIGINAL. So then we wont have to worry about PB downgrading the shots.

One question I have about the whole deal is this
Uh lemme try and explain this in a way that it will make sense.
4 people choose february, the 4th person is out of the running cause he gets less votes, but he has MORE votes then someone who chose March..
Does the person who chose march but less people who voted for him get in the calender even though more people liked the other guys picture?

second question.
If only 2 people choose month, and 4 people choose another month, does the runner up from the 4 people month get bumped to the 2 people month?

So basically to sum it all up is the selection going to based where the people with the most votes get the months they picked, and then someone who got more votes than the other guy if he cant have his month gets put anywhere?
Cause I'd be bummed if more people voted for one of my pictures than someone elses but I didnt get in cause my month was full.

EXAMPLE==
5 people run for January the TOP 3 will be in the calendar for that month. Then Once all the months are done thru the voting. I will go thru and look at the months that had 1-2 people running, and take the ones from the #4 spots and either make a poll or just choose for the final spots to fill.

HOWEVER, people chose certain months because they wanted said month, and/or the pictures they offered have a fall setting, or a winter, etc. which could potentially mean that the calendar could have winter settings in july!

so though a car may have recieved 1 more vote, or 5 or 50 more votes than another, i don't see how it's entirely fair that just because you unfortunately picked a month with a bunch of really nice cars and you didn't make that month's cut, you can just bump another car right out of the race and take their spot in another month.

additionally, a month with three spots might have three really nice cars, of which all should make it into the calendar, so the voting within that month is purely for ranking to see which car gets the "big" spot. so people are satisfied with all three cars, and as such don't necessarily vote. so even though those three cars are awesome and should definitely be in that month, they may have a low vote count. now, in comes in a 4th place guy from another month with a much higher vote count because there was a big race to see who would make it or not.

i'm sorry i wrote so much, it's just that i am adamant that Chris is doing this in the best manner possible, and after saying all of this i'm sure that my own car will be a 4th place winner lol...

Correct. Yes even last YEAR we had some bad shots, but it wasnt my decision to move people. I make this as fair as i can.

Yes but I had what 7 or 8 people say OCT. Well i have 50+ people on a list. I could have just said HEY only choose so and so months and allow only the First ones to allow. But that still wouldnt make it fair because i was getting PM's left and right.

Give everyone a update - Certificates are in the mail to Mary/goland.

2- Hopefully alot of people sign up for the preorder. Its really hard to get a Locked down price with out people signing up. hell there should be atleast 3 people for the 11 months which would be 33 people signed up..but only 3 on the list.

3- The other polls are on hold due to I am in the process of purchasing a house and will be moving the weekend of the 23rd or the final weekend this month. So this is on the back burner(sorry). But it will still happen as long as I have people signing up. It would be a waste to have all this time in to it and only have 2-3 other people sign up.

I want to appoligize to the EP Community -

Sorry for the lack of finishing all this up. I have just have had a TON of stuff going on in my life that, everytime I get 2 steps ahead i get takin back 2 or 3.

I sent out the letter to Mary about the calendars. I still plan on giving 2 away, if they are NOT ordered those 2 winners will each get a 25$ gift card to Best Buy.

Just to let you all know whats been going on.

1) I have been spending 55+hours a week working my reg job. since its run out and black out.

2) I am in the process of purchasing a house, and packing. And dealing with my parents, just isnt fun. They think that Oh i will buy a house that isnt worth what they want, and just plain ol BS.

3) Hopefully I will be moving Labor day weekend. So once I am moved and have internet I will be posting the last 3 groups up, and will be hitting To get EXACT #'s for the price for everyone.

I am sorry once again for not getting the last polls up.
