What hondabond should do i use for the main girdle? I went to a dealer and they laughed at me when i asked for ultraflange because they have never herd of it. All I could find was hondabond HT.

UltraFlangeII part# 08718-0009

It is the only recommended sealant for the Kseries. I dont know why a stealership would laugh, it is in the Helms, and it is mentioned in several Honda service bulletins.

Another reason not to believe a single thing anyone from a stealership says.

wow that is surprising that they would laugh, but its kind of funny i went into autozone and asked for something along the lines of hondabond because i was building something and needed a seal, and they didnt know what honda bond is lol

Ditto on the ultraflange.
They most likely laughed because Hondabond is the item most well-known. It is used for very few things though despite what people think. I had a thread about it. That reminds me to repost it.
Ultraflange is correct for valve cover gasket, oil pan, and many many other things.
