cept for the part where the honda factory performance bumper makes that part black too.
Its gonna look fast like you've got one of those air thingys that the subi's and evo's get for goin fast.

hell yeah. this little mod is why I've had a rear lip sitting on my parts shelf for close to 3 years, and I'm in no hurry to get it put on. :mwink:

thanks man. with roads being how they are, and the price difference with a hub swap, I just couldn't justify the spending for 1 inch of diameter.

I though about doing this mod cause my ep3 got rear ended by my old prelude and left a huge black mark across that part of the bumper...

I have my bumper painted like this for over 2 years now, i never get tired of looking at it.
Same, here, did it the first week i bought it, in 05, but im not really sick of it, i think it looks good, pointless for NHBP, and alittle pointless on VBP, better on TW and best on SSM

Looks good!
Think it would be kind of cool if someone made a matte black vinyl precut decal (or CF for those who are into that sort of thing). Probably wouldn't work or look that great though due to the exhaust exit. But then again...I'm no vinyl expert.
I'm not sure how committed I would be to the idea of painting the bumper. I thought about it at one point; but decided against it.

I like it, thats why I want the HFP kit. I just hope it has enough clearence for my exhaust.
