2006+ Si Lsd

I know it was covered before, but cant find it.
Can it be install in our trannys and is it worth it, or are we better off getting the Quaife?

The honda lsd is supose to be good for about 300whp, after that. Its time for quafe or obx(its forged also)...

Yea, the stock si lsd housing is a sand cast part, over 300whp, you are much safer with the forged unit.....check with quafe though, I have heard they are changing the design or something...:meek:

yea, i've heard that they are really hard to come by now.....tho em1 on k20a.org can usually get them for 880 shipped i think. I wouldnt trust an obx...anything that needs a rebuild when its brand new is pretty fishy....

but the stock LSD unit for a non FI would be fine.......even better with my 6spd. if it only wasnt $900 bucks, lol

thats why I suggested it.....they are a little rough but if you look at a stock honda lsd, it could use some cleaning to:fear:

i figured id back up obx since i own one and most people who have never even seen one let alone had one in there car like to bash it.
