my buddy club pro spec exhaust just came in today and man she is purdy!
i need to get it shortend a lil to meet up with my buddy club race header. yea she is gonna be loud but will sound sexy at 8800rpms :mangel:

Haha I knew you would come around. This is the same reason I can't ditch my Magnaflow. If you haven't heard a RH/Magaflow combo in person you're missing out (not really). It's ridiculously loud and sounds terrible, but I think I really might miss the obnoxious noises it makes.

LOL i am gonna test fit it tonight and mark where i need to get it shortend so i can just drop it off at the local speed shop ( www.ma-motorsports.com ) and they can do it. they said about 30min to an hour

the distance is getting taken out of the 2nd peice of the midpipe. there is a nice straight section where it can be modded.

correct me if i am wrong, but the header is for the dc5 and the cat-back is for the ep3, so 3 inches had to be cut from either the header or exhaust so it fits properly.

btw shadow, did you have problems with the top stud and nut where the header meets the exhaust? i had huge problems and ended up having to bend the top of the pipe a little so i could fit a nut on.

also, does buddy club make a rh thats for the ep3? i have the dc shorty/megan tp with my pro-spec and i know i could get some gains with a rh since i got the jrsc now

ooo and also have fun with the cops, im in court for my exhaust at least 2 times a month, and i dont even drive stupid

the bcrh is ONLY for the dc5 so i have to modify my exhaust but there was NO WAY i was hacking up my header so i got the exhuast moded. and since the exhaust was moded, i didnt have that fitment issue u had. i will take some pics of what the exhaust looks like now

that's why i'm going w/ a custom one lol. in the end, i might have spent the same amount for a new "brand name" catback, but i'm gonna have a sweet ADM resonator on it (ADM - austrailian domestic market haha). i'm not a fan at all of super loud brand name catbacks either...they sound good, but not on my daily driver

so how are they going to put it back together once they shorten it? do they stretch one inlet out and fit the smaller one in?

a shop where i go to charges 10 bucks a cut/weld, so my guess would be around 20-40 bucks depending on what needed to be done.

i had that exhaust, great quality and deep tone, should sound like sex w/ all the work u have done.

Tip: get a polishing head for a air drill and some gooooood polish, makes that can look like a gold mirror, soooo sexy!

it actually cost me $120 to get it modded. its a lil more complicated that just cutting a rewelding....the bends and angles change...so it takes some time to get it right
