ctr spoiler vs. hfp spoiler?

this may sound like a noob question, but what is the difference other than the fact that one is "JDM?" and while we are at it the hfp side skirts and ctr side skirts?

HFP has that perfect fitment if youre anal about it. But CTR Replica isnt that bad. Don't get the JDM CTR though. They dont fit because our rear mirror sticks out more than JDM.

something like the flat part on top is longer on the CTR?
