Tornado for the 02 si?

i was watching an infomerical late one night and i saw this product they were trying to sell called Tornado. its like a metal peice u put in the tube of ur intake and it supose to suck air in like a turbo in a way. any have this or tried this out in the ep hphatch or any other cars?? i wonder if it works.

I had it on a VR6 for several days (as a test) and it sucked.
Not only does it not increase HP, it actually decreased HP between 2k and 3.5k.

Junk.

There was a mag that did a test on something like that and they also recored similar losses.
