for carpet and fabric...i use woolite, but be sure use a very diluted amount or it'll take you forever to get all of it out

Vacuum Weekly, Then lay down Odorless odor remover. Followed by a spritz of strawberry car scent.
Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer using a Microfiber Cloth (Safe for everything, aftermarket radio, entire dash/consol area, shifting boot etc.) Avoid using Armor All, I hate the chicken grease look and it attracts dust.
Production Car Care - Anti Static, over everything to avoid attracting dust. (Rubbing the microfiber on the dash creates static)

Truth, this works great for dingy seats.

i remove all floor mats and clean the carpet with a vacuum hose.
i shampoo the floor mats with some dish washing soap mixed with water and go over it with an actual vacuum.
for the dash i use water/soap or meguirs interior cleaner and a microfiber towel.
for my leather seats i use meguirs leather care wipes.
and for the windows i use stoner's invisible glass with some newspaper (THIS IS THE BEST SHIT ON EARTH!)

Make sure and crumple the newspaper up as a ball don't try to use it like a conventional paper towel. If one side gets to wet just flip it around.

The best way to clean imo is to get a good steamer for the interior. You cant rent them for a day fairly cheap. Doesnt hurt the seats, headliner, or carpet. It worked amazing. I coulnt believe all the old shampoos and chemicals it pulled from the seats as well as dirt no shampoo could remove. The cleanest my car ever was.
