one stop window stop working

the battery ran down on my 04 si, when car was restarted, the one touch window on driver side stopped working - now i have to hold down the switch for the window to go up and down - i thought this might be fixable with some computer code - any suggestions appreciated

It needs to be re-trained. Push it all the way down and then pull it all the way up, you will need a couple complete cycles, it should reset, I can't remember the EXACT procedure, I'll need to look it up.
