I just picked up my ep yesterday. I am officially out of cash. I want to know what you guys think is the first mod i should do to squeeze out a little more power. I am tight on cash but i have a little left and this car is worth putting it into. Thanks!

most people start with an intake. I recommend the AEM CAI. sounds good in higher rpm's, adds a liiittle bit of power, and is one of the cheaper mods out there.

Definitely agree, I got an Ebay short ram instead. It was $40 and sounds great. But gutting the stock airbox is prolly close to the same performance and free. As far as cheap mods go I would say these are the top 5.
Energy Suspension Motor Mount Inserts (ESMM)- $25
RSX-s 19mm rear sway - Prolly around $60 from clubrsx.com
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket (IMG) - $60
Aluminum shifter bushings - $20 from clubrsx forums
Brake pads - hawk hps or whatever the other brand is $70 i think

And removing weight is the best performance mod youll actually notice, Interior Gut-free

Also this shouldnt be in the dyno section.

my bad, i figured that since it dealt with a power increase it could be considered in the dyno section.

a used aem/injen cai is just as good as a new one imo
just get a new filter

esmm's are a great upgrade, but are a pain to install

05-06 type-s rear sway bar (21mm) = my favorite suspension upgrade ever
cheap and makes VERY noticeable difference in handling

so you say you basically have no money, and then ask how you can spend money?

just save up more and be satisfied w/ what you have.

1) Remove your front brake splash shields, this coast nothing and really helps the brakes.
2) 05-06 type-s rear sway and bushings(like 80 bucks), really helps the car around turns.
3) crash bolts+ a preformance alinment(25 bolts,70 alinment) takes the car to the next level in handleing.

for hp....
Go to crsx and get a used cai for the type-s( they are 3 inchs and they fit), they can be found for like 80 bucks.:mwink:

Psshh:violin:You guys are wasting this poor guy's time. Dude first mod should be a fucking airplane rocket hidden under the rear bumper. Don't fuck around with these stupid intake/exhaust mods...They are a complete waste of time.
