In all of my research for the swap, I havnt found a quality place to purchase the motor from. Ive used hmotorsonline quite a few times in the past, but 4k seems high to me for this swap, but included in that 4k is quality and great customer service. If thats a good price, let me know.

Point me in the right direction, if you can people! Thanks.

You can find a A2 for alot less. You need to search the salvage yards. Or better yet find a K24.

I went through Hmotorsonline and feel that the extra $$ that I paid was for the lack of risk and complete package that I received. Motor was clean as f#&@, I was able to sell a lot that I didnt use (type-s axles, steering pump, shifter assembly, 5-speed tranny, EP ecu and harnesses, ect, ect), and there was a guaranteed start-up which wasn't needed. Putting those parts up for sale on K20a.org, at the time, was like putting raw bloody meat in a pool full of starving sharks....Including the trans (A3 motor was junk or I would have sold/made more) I easily made 1K or more back.
