You will definately get what you pay for, especially w/ OBX! Save up & get some quality.

i did some reading on clubrsx and the third version of the OBX raceheader is a comptech replica with the DC flexpipe. majority of the RSX guys with the OBX piece seem pleased

With only clearance issues, the header performs pretty good for me so far, Im not sure what gains it gave, but I know when I modified the angle of the pipe after the 4 channels go into 1 it was a BITCH to cut. Really good welds aswell.

i dunno about that.... walmart brand rolex's look and keep time better than a real rolex, but its not a rolex, rather a cheap imitation... a cheap imitation that may end up making your wrist turn black....

how much did that obx header cost?

did you have to modify it b/c it was angled too high and made your midpipe hit your car?

It ran me like a little over $260 shipped brand new, and I just had it cut and welded to fix the upper angle of where the flex is located to keep my b-pipe from hitting hte bottom of the car, only cost me $25 to get fixed.

It was a strong metal so quality shouldnt be an issue, and the guy said the header looks damn good himself.

if its the las edition, is it good enough??? or is it still way better any other?? will some other rh perform better?? i mean, besides the clearence issue, is the performance of this rh so bad??

The performance seems to be great, on CLubRSX, there are people that are finding it to have better overall performance then just about all the budget race headers, of course its not going to perform as great as the BC, Toda, SSR race headers, but for the price, I find it well worth it.

i'm not really sure about this, but the angles of the pictures could have me wrong. are the first 2 ports going to the same tube?

on a normal 4-2-1 header, shouldn't the 2 exhaust ports on the outside go to the same tube and the inside 2 ports go to the same tube? the firing order should be 1,4,2,3 (correct me if i'm wrong). sorry for the lack of better words

makes a huge difference.
1-4 and 2-3 or
1-3 and 2-4 are best, its for scavenging, which other than cat removal is the primary purpose of an RH
that RH will do fine above 6k but below that you will notice it doesnt do as well as one that has the proper runner order.
