Brides vs. Recaros

I right now im rocking a set of Dc5-r Recaros on stock sliders that came with the seat and its starting to bug me out a lil that there not the right slider. so lately i was lookin at some brides and im starting to really like them. what you guys think

if you already have the recaro then why waste more money? just keep those recaros and buy custom brackets or the original brackets for it and call it a day and save yourself some money.

EP3 CTR Recaros are pretty much a prefect seat for a daily driven car.

The side bolster are small and easy to get in/out of, very similar to stock size. So you don't have to worry about worn out side bolsters if you do lots of driving and getting in and out of the car. However the back/shoulder bolsters are just awesome. Perfect location and size to be snug but not too snug for a daily driver.

i agree with you that EP3 Recaro's look better and have that cool extendable knee support.
but i'm saying that DC5 Recaro's are more supportive.

here is my .02....recaros come in our cars...granted, we dont have the nice JDM red edition but the name still stands...bride is a great jdm company and their seats are amazing...but when i think of mods, i think about what fits...and recaros go with hondas like peanut butter and jelly....like mugen and honda...granted, i love the looks and styling of bride...but it just doesnt fit like recaros do.

Bride seats are lighter in weight, it helps you with keeping a very straight posture, and it lowers the seating position for easier driving . . . you cannot beat that with a "used" set of CTR Recaros that don't even have lumber support. BTW, the cheapest Bride buckets are the Bride Pro seats.

I had a Spoon Sports carbon kevlar bucket and it felt horrible. I had back problems for days LOL. I switched over to Bride with the higher cushion and lumber support; man it was a good feeling. Now, I have Mugen buckets, but I'm selling them to complete my Gias setup.

What ever your ass feels better in. Some of these seats look nice but I'd hate to have a road trip with some of these. I'd get something that's made for track days and still feel confy driving home in. For me, Bride or Recaro, whatever feels better, not so much what ever looks better.

i have brides in my 240. they're super comfortable and hold you in place. the only thing is that it was hard to get in and out unless you have a quick release. but for hondas i would go with the recaros because they look more oem and give a cleaner look
