Ok so I just put an 05 type s clutch in with a 10.25 pound F1 flywheel, and I would love to get your opinions on this. Does anyone think that I can put a jrsc-s on this without the clutch burning to kingdom come, or do you think that it will hold up just fine. Thank you in advance.

you will be fine. i have been running the jrsc @ 9-10 psi for almost 50k miles on the ep3 stock clutch and i still have no issues. as long as you DRIVE the car and dont beat it up you will be ok:mbiggrin:

JRSC-R with the stock clutch here as well. Installed at 75,000 miles and am now at 105,000. No burning at all. Just make sure the clutch is fully engaged before flooring it.

the jrsc is very fun and is very low maintanence. it will not net you the gains a turbo setup will at the same psi, but you have all your torque from the bottom of the rpm range to the top. very fun on a road course and autoX. with the standard race kit @ 8psi and dyno tuned with k-pro, you will see anywhere from 215-230 whp, on 10psi 225-245whp. alot of it depends on supporting mods.

I've already started saving... how many miles on it?? i have a DCRH and spoon axelback exhaust, and im looking for a midpipe now, also i got injen cai. i think i'll be ready for the kpro and jrsc-R after the midpipe :)

45k on the stock clutch with the jrsc, still feels great.

the s/c has about 48k miles on it. never had a problem with it and the snout bearing is still strong and making no noise. of course when i bought mine though they had already fixed that issue from the older M62.

check your pm.
Keep this to the PMs. I am getting rid of the rest of the discussion as this isn't the classifieds. (keeping this thread for info)
