a2 cams in a3?

im being offered rsx type-s cams and intake manifold. i was wondering if these two items bolt up to my ep3's k20a3 with no mods needed? and if they do what power gains am i looking at?

The cams can be made to fit, but it takes a lot of work, and a programmable ECU, and even then it would not be a good daily driver. The intake manifolds are the same between the RSX-s and the EP3.
