swaping 5 speed for 6 problems

i need sum help swaped out my 5 speed for a 2002 rsx 6 speed today and the car wont engade in reverse....can anyone point me in the rite direction

trans install is complete and 2nd gear synchro is no good and very sloopy shifter ......
