between CTR 22mm,progress, and neuspeed rear sway bar which is better? and which front strut tower bar is good and doesn't require relocation? thanks alot guys.:peace:

ctr 22mm is the best in that group........puting strut bars on with out changing the suspension bushings is just throwing away money imo.:mwink:

The best bet is the 05'+ typeS rear sway(21mm), half the cost of the CTR and you will never be able to tell the difference between them after you install them.

"Best" doesn't apply to anti-roll bars.

Given that they are tools to help you tune the cars handling... which one you need will be determined by how the car is handling now.

well, i got a set of mugen ss so what do you recommend to go with that for the rear sway and front strut?thanks

lol. it depends on what you want to change. you would have to decide which one you need based on how you think it will help you. a thicker rear sway will help the car rotate in a corner.
