this may have been covered on here before, but i'm tryin to figure out if the Tein basic's for the DC5 will fit on the 04-05 EP. If anyone has done this i just want to know if there is any modifications that need to be done to make them work?

any info would be appreciated,

thanks in advance.

yes it will fit you will need rsx tie rod ends and may need to make the back hole a little bigger to fit.

the only reason i want to use the DC5 Tein's is because i currently own a RSX type S but i just got rear-ended by some dumb lady and they may total my car. so i'm thinkin bout buyin a 04 SI and putting the Tein's on it.

thanks for yall's responses. I really do appreciate it.

anyone else feel free to chime in.

So i will need just the RSX tie rod ends? And maybe have to make the holes on the rear one's a little bigger??

anything else?

^ i just put on dc5-r tein flexs, all we had to do was rsx tie rods, that its. Realize youll be dropping 40 horsepower when you got to the civic SI, unless your smart and steal that k20a2 and trans out of your rsx

ya it will suck to lose the 40 hp but people want to much for a used RSX-S so, the SI is good pick and i like the hatchback anyways.

right on the money here. the mods are easy and very little headache. i run the DC5 Tein Super Street w/ Pillowball Mounts on my ep. love the hell out of it!
