Hi everyone,
I need to buy a new suspension and the Spoon shock and progressive spring combo seemed good until i found nobody sell it... then i found the Mugen. It seems to be a great product. Could you post pic of this on your ep? also where could i buy it? i live in canada btw

no no no, I wasnt trying to be rude.
I just really liked the way it sounded in my head because each word ended with it. It's called Consonance, its a literary term(I'm a journalism major and i notice stupid things like this)

haha it's ok, i already know that my english is not perfect and when i see my other school colleague writing even worst than i do, i laugh  we classify every student in one of 4 groups of english here in québec, 4 being the stronger. I was in english 3, imagine english 1 :mconfused:

BTW, i received my ups tracking number. Am i alone to log on hotmail every hours only to see where the package is. I hope i'm not the only crazy one here :mangel:

It's straight bolt on unless you go with the DC5 specific Mugen SS, then you need type s tie rod ends. You will not be disappointed after you have installed them.

Here's another pic of Mugen SS with 17' wheels and 215/45/17 series tires

haha. yeah, jdm. you can't see the mugen replica hood i have too. :mwink: the mugen ss i have is ep specific. just slap them in. installation is a breaze with them. no need to install the springs or mess with the top hat at all. everything is lubed and ready to go. if you're going to spend $7.5k, spend a few grand more to buy my car. haha

Thank you sir and I think the 215/45 are great with the Mugen drop.

It sucks about the cost but at least you got the suspension. And you could always just install them yourself.

I could, i installed my actual suspension myself and i had some problem thightening some bolt to the right torque because my torque wrench stop at 250 inch/lbs wich is 20.8 ft/lbs. and i'm worried about how i remove the tie rod.

If you can get the right tools or find a friend that does, you can do it. Hell you've already done it before.

Congrats on the install. It's a whole new driving experience with the EP. Now get it aligned to finish off the installation.

i was sporting STD R5 full coilover. 8kg/mm front and 6kg/mm rear. and the rear coilover were very noisy. Now i like the oem conveniance and the more sporty feel. The allignment is not too bad, the front looks like there is 0camber or a few degree negative. i don't know about de toe tough. i'll get it alligned next weak
