I had a pair of red recaros in my GSR....MY one pitbull had a operation on her leg that required stitches. I picked her up from the vet and drove her home. I came out 3 hours later ready to drive my wife to work....when she noticed that there was blood all over my seat.
I took it to a car detailer and the guy charged me $60 bucks to clean the seat. It came out better then brand new. You might want to try this option.

Alot of people swear by Woolite to clean Recaros. Never used it personally though.

ive used armor all fabric wipes on my recaros but it dont seem to clean very well. i would assume that auto zone would have a suede cleaner or check out a fabric store they might have a suede safe cleaner

I also use woolite and even saw a thread on the old ephatch about using woolite. Just make sure you use like 1 part woolite to 10 parts water otherwise it will make too much soapy and be hard to get out. Rub it in real well and dry with a towel.

Or rent a steam cleaner.

Woolite on red recaros is golden!

Before:

After:

I ended up doing another scrub on the bolster as they were still a little dirty but they're minty clean now. Once they're clean make sure you vacume them as often as possible, keeps them fresh.
