K24a1 head on K20a3

well it turns out that my ehaust camshaft is worn out. The rocker assemblys roller bearing is gone and rubbing on the lobe over cylinder 4. So it looks like I could go a few different ways about fixing it. Im leaning towards replacing the whole head with a K24a1. What do you guys think I should do?

ps. If I get an K24a1 head what all should I change out. (gaskets,etc.)

You could also buy 04-05 exhaust rockers depeding if you have an 02-03 they are better, as well as some skunk2 stage 1 cams. I say if you're going to mess with the K24A1 then just buy the whole motor.

never mind I found one and ordered it. Only 12,000 miles on it, so hopefully it will be a good one.
