what do you guys think of the rear tie bar's tenzo-r to be specific since it is for sale, is it a + for suspension or doesnt really make a diff?

dont bother, just wait til you get the progress rear sway, it comes with the tie bar.

Don't bother with the Tenzo R one they are junk. I just ordered a Carbing one.

If you are going to look into getting something like this you might want to look into the Rear V-Brace from D3. This would certainly offer much more stability and bracing then what you just mentioned.
