your second problem is likely the drl fuse, second from the left, the row closest to the steering wheel. 7.5amp fuse. panel is located under the steering column

The ELD regulates the electrical supply. I don't have any links handy, but search around in the Engine section and you should find a part # for the ELD itself. (Honda's site only lists the entire fuse box, which is much more expensive.)

The ELD code usually pops up when the car's electrical draw is very high, sounds like you may have a short for the lights, and or a weak battery/alternator.

wow u guys are fast, i love this site...battery is not very old but was dad when i got the car, just gave it a jump start and has been charging fine ever since, as for the lights i'll check the fuses later on...theres a T1R voltage stablizer and TIR Grounding kit under the hood, would any of those have something 2 do with it?

That voltage stabilizer could affect the ELD.

Check your oil level, and if that is ok remove the VTEC solenoid and clean the filter in the rubber gasket.

It also wouldnt hurt to see what the manual says......
