budget in long term could be tein flex b/c of their tech support.
They hold up pretty well too.

Megan is also a good budget suspension because it takes care of the tie rod issue, but that's the only reason i recommend megan.

i'd go with megan, regaurdless of peoples dislikes about the company the coilovers have been tried by many people and are said to be very good, adjustable shocks and a good spring rate.

Stock with a bigger rear sway.

I agree... I love the difference my CTR 22mm sway made. It will hold me over until I can afford Mugen SS or similar.

Depends on what your priorities are.

are you just looking to lower the car?

are you looking for better handling?

what? as your priorities will determine the the most cost effective parts are.

For example, to simply lower the car you could buy a set of tokico Hp's and a set of lowering springs.

where as with tuning for handling the Dampers and your alignment take a much higher priorities over what springs you run. in this case I'd say a set of Bilstien dampers would be an excellent choice, even if you kept the oem springs. and then an alignment kit front and rear, with the car setup with a NON-oem alignment.

Keep in mind your hierarcy of suspension tuning, which goes like this from most important to least.

1. Driver
2. Tires
3. Dampers
4. Alignment
5. Springs & anti-roll bars
6. Chassis braces & bushings
