Ok, so I had to remove the XX brace to swap out the stock sway bar for the ITR sway when I added the ITR LCA's. The rear 4 bolts were really tough to remove and had alot of rust on them(the inside of the frame rails are open to the elements). I had to actually cut one bolt head to remove the XX brace. Two of the retaining nuts that are welded in had come loose.
You can access these nuts from inside the cabin, pull the kick panels and pull the carpet back and you will see a little inspection plate that is covered by the factory floor insulator. Remove the insulation(sorta like dynamat) and pull the plate up and this is what you will see.

The nuts are towards the rear of this opening.

Loads of fun!
