I have the same exhaust and am interested if this is going to be an ongoing problem. Granted I have only had it about 2 months but it is good to be prepared down the road. Are you noticing power loss and/or visually seeing the leak?

the first time i had to the replace it the gasket basically disintergraded. I still need to check this one but im guessing its the same problem. you lose some of your torque and it really loud on the highways.

i've had the exhaust for about 3.5 years now and i got a leak not too long ago. i just haven't had time to fix the problem. i'm thinkin' about getting it welded up... it only costs like 25-30 dollars anyway.

I've thought about going that route mainly due to that fact that I don't want to keep replacing this gasket
