View Full Version : Quick Mugen Radiator Duct Question

yes i searched.. :mtongue: nothing cept mugen this an that from like 04!

is there directions for installing this? I'm making one this weekend with Carbon Kevlar and i'm wondering how much of my JDM front i gotta cut and how it all bolts up.. and all the other needed info. also how deep is it?

Here's the duckbill i'm currently working on also going to be mostly Carbon Kevlar..

The duckbill actually looks pretty good, but having a flat wing is like not having a wing @ all. Refer to Ron threads for measurements on the duct.

ok heres the deal, you want to cut out the grill in that shape they show on the bottom diagram of the 2, you then use those clips shown in the top diagram with the treaded nut on them...the 2 plate holes in the duct is where you put lisenceplate bolts through and that then holds the duct to the remaining material...along with that you use adhesive tape around the duct to hold it on...also now you have all the measurements for it too :mbiggrin::mwink:

are you making the 2nd duct piece that attaches to the rebar as well?
