Your speedometer will be off when going from 205/55/16 to 205/45/16 or 205/40/16.

Are you looking for the "slammed and slow" look?.....get the megan rsx track coilovers with the rsx tie rod ends. Stoopid stiff springs are a must for mega drops.

Actually i have a 225/40/R18 and i was thinking using the 18"s instead of the 16"s... if im gna use my 16"s what profile should i use? im planning to tower my car like 2.5 inches... 1.5" from the coilovers and 1" from the tires...

If you plan on running 40's, you might want to buy your rims in groups of 6. 40's do not leave a lot of sidewall to protect the rims.

225/45/16s dont change your total tire height. The tire size is rare though and not many companies make this size. I have 225/50/16s and imo... the sidewalls are way too high. The tire flexes way too much and is really noticable in high speed cornering.

I followed that link to that forum, and it looks almost like a mirror of this one, you have a lot of the same members posting in that forum...wierd.
