I liked the AVS ES100s when I had them, and they are fairly cheap too IIRC. Of course there are also tires like the BFG TA/KD or KDW which are excellent tires but a little more expensive. Of course there are the Falken Azenis as well but they may not last as well as you might like.

i have BFG G-force Sports and i like them alot.

id like the tires to at least last me til next summer so i can get new wheels and tires by then. and my price range is anywhere from 90-100

How many miles do you drive per year?

my BFG are rated at like 320 treadwear or somewhere in that area. should last you will then if not longer.

i wouldnt use a tire like the rt-615 for dd. besides the tread wear, they arent the best in the wet. anything in uhp summer category or a uhp all season will be fine.

Im on my 3rd set of g-force sports, I get about 30k out of then and they hook damn good considering the tread wear rating. All I used to run on my 91 si was the oldschool falken 215's so imma say the 615 is that much better. All I can say for those is if you can put up with 10-15k life and dry weather only tire..there is no other. My $.02

anywhere from 25 to 30k

so bfg g-force sports seems to be the choice for most here. 205/60/15 sound good then?

Then I wouldn't get the azenis. The g-force seems like a good choice. Have you looked at the falken ziex 912?

I'm in the same boat, i wanted rims but i'm coming up short on cash. I'm on 15 inche stockies as well and i'm going with the falken ziex 912s just because I deal with water and only drive maybe 3k miles a year.

The 60's might be a tad tall and flexy. Im running the 55's and they flex a little but its predictable. Oh yeah and their friggin awesome in the rain..the sports that is

205/55/15 would be a good size, its what im running right now.

Get the BFG G-Force KDW 2's. Best of both worlds for a DD in my opinion. (They're not actually called KDW2, but it's the second generation in the KDW category, so tire sellers tag them as 2's so that people will know what they're buying.)

imho i like the avs like everyone says however depending on your daily drive they are a pain in the ass based on sound, and the AVS imo dont take water to well, plus with track driving they dont handle the milage like the BFG KDW V2 can. they are great in the water but still tend to be loud on the highway. for an all season tire with great performance i think the potenza 960 A/S poles are probably the best money can buy and going to sams club you can get all four for around 370 i think. however if money isnt too much of a problem and you want good tires just for the summer, my money goes to the Potenza RE-01R or the newer i think its the Potenza RE-010Rs i dont know they just came out but the stats on them and the improvement in the tread just gets better. they are the stock tire that come on some porsches' and other exotic cars. handle great, great water traction and wear. love them and i am going to buy a new set this summer as well. good luck with your purchase.

alot of people run 55 tires but the 60's seem good to me. id just hate for my speedometer to be off. the 960's look really good. but for over 100 more total are they worth it. im running potenza g 009 and they were alright. i think ill stick around wit 205/60/15. thanks for the suggestions. keep em coming

if you go to a 205, your speed-o will be off either way, whether or not you go with a 55 or 60. just letting you know.

another vote for G-force sport.

i drive 25k+ per year and these are doing well for me thus far. i'm about 17k miles into them and they're still good. no excessive noise or anything.

Well I am no Guru, but I just got a set of the Falken Ziex 912's and I love them so far. Great grip, no noise, and good profile. Work great dry or in the rain.
