Could anyone that has the JDM Front Rebar give me measurements on how far it sticks out from the body? I'm trying to fab one up and i dont want to cut my USDM one up. I searched quite a bit too.. and all that turned up were WTB Threads.

Unless you're running an IC, just use the JDM one. Bolts up and fits fine. If you're just trying to save $$, not worth the hassle.

yeah its pretty worthless. It would be good for parking lots accidents. Anything past that ... yeah I doubt it would do anything.
I just trimmed by stock one and my jdm bumper fits just fine. I'd much rather have a trimmed USDM rebar than a brand new JDM rebar.

I had the same question, I think I'm gonna find some steel tubing then bend & weld it in there just for my own piece of mind. I could probably fill the tubing with that spray insulation foam and achieve a cheap and strong replacement.

Could have told you, but I already put everything on.
also,..the rear Rebar doesnt bolt right up,...you have to do some cutting and welding to get it to fit.
well,..at least on my 02 EP3.
